The rules for using it

Written plainly rather than legally, on purpose. It is an honest description of the arrangement — not a lawyer's document, and not checked by one. Before anybody pays for this, a lawyer needs to read it.
The one that matters most
Kalman does not give financial advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
It shows what happened and what it touches. Every decision about your money is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. If you want advice, ask somebody licensed to give it.
The numbers are only as good as what you typed
Kalman works out what it can from what you give it. Type a price wrong and every figure resting on it will be wrong too.
Where a figure is an estimate, a guess, or missing part of its history, the screen says so. Those warnings are the honest part of the number — they are not decoration.
Property values are estimates. Prices are whatever you last typed in. Exchange rates come from the Bank of Israel. None of it is a valuation, and none of it is a tax return.
Tax and law
Kalman keeps the figures a tax conversation starts from — what you bought, when, and at what exchange rate that day. It does not do your taxes and it is not a tax opinion.
Ask an accountant. Bring the figures with you.
What you agree not to do
- Do not use it to break the law, or to hold data you have no right to hold.
- Do not try to reach anybody else's data, or to get around who is allowed to see what.
- Do not scrape it, copy it wholesale, or resell what it produces.
- Do not upload anything that could run — the platform refuses those anyway.
- If you invite somebody, that is your decision and your responsibility.
News belongs to the people who wrote it
Kalman stores a headline, a link and a date. It never copies the article, because the article belongs to whoever wrote it. When you follow a link you are their reader, on their terms, not Kalman's.
Some sources need a subscription to read. Those are marked, and the platform will not try to get around it.
What is promised, and what is not
It is built carefully and tested, but it is software. It can be wrong, it can be unavailable, and it can lose things. Keep your own copies of anything you could not bear to lose.
Nobody is promising that Kalman will make you money or stop you losing it. It is a place to keep track and a filter on the news.
Leaving
You can take a copy of everything at any time, and delete your account and everything in it permanently. There is no notice period and nothing to cancel.
